Off-camera, the encounter became more tense.
"How are you gonna "let us go"?"
The second video begins with Weinman telling the officer it's not illegal to carry a closed container of alcohol.
When Weinman refuses to give the officer her last name, the situation escalates.
"You're not allowed to hit me and choke me like that", Weinman shouts. He is in pursuit. "That's it, I'm done with you", one officer says.
An attorney for 20-year-old Emily Weinman, of Philadelphia, told Philly.com the charges against Weinman are exaggerated.
Images from the video released earlier this week shows an officer punching a woman on a beach in New Jersey. Weinman responds, "They're my aunt's", and says that her aunt, who is not visible in the video, is on her way back. "They're kicking. They don't care". She's on probation for four years. Yet another interpretation could be her arms are coming up in a defensive posture and that he runs into her arms as he tries to take her down.
Wildwood Mayor Ernest Troiano told The Philadelphia Inquirer that Weinman was "by far the aggressor here".
A call to the mayor's office was not returned.
As an officer places handcuffs on Weinman, she can be seen in the video spitting at him.
Yet there are crucial moments missing from the trio of videos released Wednesday.
Tommy Robinson Reporting Restriction Lifted, Jailed for 13 Months
Robinson was reporting on a trial involving 29 defendants who were facing charges in relation to child sex abuse and neglect. The judge who sentenced him said Robinson's actions could cost taxpayers "hundreds and hundreds of thousands of pounds".
Police soon made the determination to arrest Weinman.
It then reactivated during the struggle, police said, after an undetermined period of time. After the test, Weinman walks away on the phone, and the officer says, "Go grab her real quick, and we're gonna have them pour that all out".
"These guys were looking for something".
He also told FOX 29 he's going through more than 200 emails and attempting to respond to majority.
Weinman was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, aggravated assault by spitting at a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, obstruction and with being a minor in possession of alcohol, according to a statement from the Wildwood Police Department.
"You thought we were drinking so now you're mad because your Breathalyzer came up negative", Weinman told the two cops as they attempted to write her a ticket.
Dicht cast doubt on this assertion, saying there was no evidence.
On Tuesday, the town's mayor appeared to defend the officer's actions. He made those assertions based on her recollection before seeing the body camera footage, he told The Post. Later, the officers can be heard explaining their version of the events. And then I put her in cuffs and locked her up.
Dicht said he intends to fight the charges against his client.
It is also hard to discern whether Weinman meant to assault the arresting officer in the initial contact. "At that point, the police officer did what he had to do", Troiano said. The officers involved in the incident have been identified as Ptlm.
"You have a young lady who was out of control".
