Prince Louis will be seen for the first time since his Lindo Wing photo op next month, when he's christened by The Archbishop of Canterbury and the Most Reverend Justin Welby on July 9.
George, four, was also christened at the Chapel Royal, while three-year-old Charlotte was baptised two months after her birth at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.
"The Cambridges are well aware of the media spotlight on and interest in their family - we saw that with the recent photos of Prince George and Princess Charlotte playing at the polo match".
His brother Prince George was christened at a similar time, and was baptised about 13 weeks after he was born on October 23, 2013.
Amid the chaos it's easy to forget, but yes, there was a new royal baby born in April (and one yesterday, but that's beside the point), and Kensington Palace announced that he'll officially be baptized on July 9.
With Prince Louis' christening soon to be out of the way, Kate could well fully return to the public eye.

Princess Charlotte's (pictured) Christening took place at St. Mary Magdalene Church, Sandringham.
It's the quickest christening out of all of the Duke and Duchess' children.
William and Kate shared the first photos of Prince Louis in May, along with sweet images of him with big sister Princess Charlotte.
We already know what Louis will likely wear for the day, too.
However in 2008 a new replica was made as the original, worn by the Prince of Wales, the Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry among others, had to be carefully preserved after becoming worn down.
