Manchester United manager Ole Gunner Solskjaer believes his side "can go all the way" in the Champions League after drawing Barcelona in the quarter-final.

Should United progress to the semi-final, they will face either Liverpool or Porto, with first leg taking place at Old Trafford.

On paper, Liverpool have been handed the most favourable draw out of all the Premier League sides.

The website has scored each team using its Soccer Power Index, which keeps a track record of their attacking and defensive displays and awards them with an individual score rating, too. We played last season (in the quarter-finals) against Liverpool and did not go through.

16 April, second legs: Juventus v Ajax and Barcelona v Manchester United.

United's two-legged affair against Barcelona will be a rematch of both the 2009 and 2011 finals, which saw Sir Alex Ferguson's men defeated by Pep Guardiola's brilliant Catalan outfit on both ocassions.

"I think we've shown against Paris St-Germain that on any given day we can beat a top team", said Solskjaer. The Reds ousted the Portuguese side from last season's competition, winning the first leg 5-0 away from home and seeing out a 0-0 draw in the return leg.

The ties between Liverpool and Porto and Tottenham and Manchester City will be held on April 9 and 17, with the other quarter-finals staged on April 10 and 16.

"We've played so much worse and won games and that's the odd thing when you're a manager; you can look behind the result and say that was a good performance but didn't get what we deserved".

Manchester City are now on top of the Premier League table with 74 points from 30 games, while Liverpool are second-placed with 73 points from the same number of games.

"We're not challenging to win the league this year but we are challenging for the other two trophies".

"When you are in the position that we are right now, I don't have not many complaints".
